We respect budgets and know this is the one of the most important aspects to any new project. Our policy at Stubbs Design Tribe is to be clear from the beginning that a budget isn't just building costs but that it must include architect's fees, consultant's fees, council costs and other authorities' fees, levels and contributions so that all our clients are prepared for the real costs of their project. Thinking ahead please let us know your preliminary thoughts on your budget for this project.
Before starting any project it is critical to set goals in terms of expected time frames. Please don't be concerned if you do not feel like you know enough about the building process to fill out this section. We can always discuss this in the first meeting.
Stubbs Design Tribe believes in environmentally responsive design through the consideration of such items as building orientation, use of natural ventilation, lighting and an appropriate selection of materials.
